How to Use

Apply as needed. Gently massage into muscle and joints, inside the navel and the bottoms of your feet. For headaches, rub gently into temples. Cup hands lightly over nose and breathe deeply for up to a full minute. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. For topical use only.

May be used in conjunction with our Magnesium Butter + Pain formula for even greater pain relief.

    Based on the recommendation of my acupuncturist I rotate this with the magnesium cream with pain blend. I am able to rest at night and enjoy my days for the first time in months after injuring my shoulder.
