Your skin is telling your health story

We should all wear sunscreen, protective hats/clothing, and stay out of the sun during the hottest part of the day whenever possible. I am also particular about what I put on my skin (80% of it is soaking in). But before I pick a mineral sunscreen or fashionable hat, I pick what I eat for breakfast.

That choice matters because our skin reflects what we eat. We can have nutrient rich cells or waste laden cells based on what’s feeding our skin.

Which type of cells do you think will be glowing and beautiful?

Luckily skin naturally exfoliates every month so there’s always a fresh opportunity to invest in the appearance of our skin. By increasing our intake of fruits and vegetables we provide our skin with the tools to retain more water which makes our skin glow, and increased density making pore size appear smaller.

If you don’t like the health story your skin is telling, eat your fruits, vegetables and try some Juice Plus+® which adds 30 fruits, vegetables, and grains to your diet.
